30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Item must be in original, unused condition
  • All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included
  • Product must not show signs of wear or use
  • Serial numbers on products must match those on the original packaging

Note: Items that have been used, damaged, or are missing parts may not be eligible for a full refund. A restocking fee may apply.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Customer Service

Email us at returns@beanhub.com or call 1-800-BEAN-HUB with your order number and reason for return.

Receive Return Authorization

We'll provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return shipping instructions within 24 hours.

Package Your Return

Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include the RAN on the outside of the box and all original accessories.

Ship Your Return

Ship the item using a trackable shipping method. We recommend using a service with insurance for high-value items.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Information

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or model.

  • Contact us to arrange an exchange before shipping your item back
  • The replacement item must be of equal or greater value
  • We'll ship the new item once we receive your return
  • If exchanging for a higher-priced item, you'll be charged the difference
  • If exchanging for a lower-priced item, we'll refund the difference

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance or final sale items (marked as such at time of purchase)
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Items that show signs of use or wear
  • Items with removed or tampered serial numbers

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately:

  • Take photos of the damage or defect
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
  • Return shipping will be covered by us for damaged/defective items
  • Manufacturer warranty may also apply for defective items
